    I found everything very good, recommend it to all. Liked how pleasant and fantastic the property was and its helpful staff who goo the extra distance in service. The hotel had a very central setting in the very center f the village.

    Excellent breakfast and very, very nice and courteous service. The hotel manager or owner welcomed us personally at breakfast; this is not a matter of course in such a hotel. Bravo, keep it up! We will gladly come again.

    Everything! Concierge Joe is amazingly helpful. Calling or going anywhere in the hotel and them already knowing your name is so nice. Our room getting cleaned frequently, the sheets getting turned over for bed with chocolate, and the welcome card, birthday gift, and goodbye card and chocolates really makes the uniqueness that makes the hotel stand out and so fun.

    The Alpine Junior Suite was spacious with a comfy lounge area and a nice balcony. The view was fantastic, really enjoying those Matterhorn vibes. Felt cozy overall. Some amenities could use a little updating, but the shower was modern and had great water pressure. Slept well, though it can get noisy if you open the windows. Not a big deal, just something to know. Would have loved a better setup with the minibar too, but still a nice room vibe.
